should any viewer prefer James Franco upon the big screen, this film may serve you well. should any other viewer stumble across this film, then every second will seem like 127 hours. good night and good luck.

This movie isn't as good as I thought it was going to be. The first 20 minutes seem more like tourism advertising than a movie and most of the movie was boring. The only thing I enjoyed about this movie was the scenery and I've been to all those places in Utah.
