| Superb performances by entire cast. Such a tragic story could not have been told any better than this one. One result is that I will keep the victims in heart and mind. Good night and good luck. |

| Excellent film, a horror film really based on facts
Unfortunately the entire organizational structure of the Catholic Church is part of the problem. Let us see what Pope Francis does; previous popes were integrally part of the problem giving pardon to priests who abused children |

| joanie88 - "Should have gotten an Oscar nod." It has been nominated for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Original Screenplay! Anyway, it's a very good film. Whether the system is the same or not it's hard to say. It would be appalling if the Catholic Church still have not changed the way they deal with paedophiles priests, and as far as I can gather they have. Although abuse may still go on, I don't think it is tolerated anymore. Questions have to be asked about Catholicism, and even religion, in general though, especially those religion which creates neuroses and anxieties over sex, and which then become sublimated into abhorrent practices. |
