| Well, special effects good, it is worth a look if sci-fi is your genre, beyond that, not so great. If you are looking for a sequel that builds upon the Engineer mystery in Prometheus, you are going to be disappointed. The story arc of the film seems to be careful about creating life, whether you are an Engineer creating humans and aliens, or human creating robots like David and Ash. They may come back to haunt you. Thanks! |

| if the metaphor "same soda, different can" can be applied to this part of the Alien franchise, then okay. the can was definitely a high gloss shiny (high tech FX/effects), story a bit flat, and the question about the disappearance of carbonation came quite early in this film. good night and good luck. |
