I thought it was great. Would have liked to have seen a bit more on their cultural significance, tied up with the riots in 1992 and the artistic representation of a genuine underclass.

not bad. never listened to rap, and as one result, never knew the details or history of its origins. one detail fully explicated in this film is (yet again), the music industry and its total control/disdain for its artists. good acting, solid story line. enjoy.
