| I agree with pkedwards. There are a lot of movies on this site that don't have subtitles and it should definitely be addressed. It's very frustrating, especially when you really get absorbed into a movie, and then there are no subtitles. It's obvious that no one screens the movies that are put onto this site...this should be a #1 priority. Movies that are not 100% complete (subtitles missing, audio not synced correctly, etc.) should be put in the "free movies" section until fixed. It's only a matter of time before another website comes a long like this...who truly does care about customer service/satisfaction and has all these problems fixed. |
