| although i thought the film was ok, the lead couple was predictable and written full of 'romantic-comedy' cliches, imo. this film is written and directed by the lead actress, jennifer westfeldt. she is in real life the partner of jon hamm ('mad men') who plays a supporting role, along with kristen wiig, maya rudolph and ed burns. the supporting cast was great, and their stories were funny, interesting and believable. i gave the film 3 out of 5 stars. |
