Just a movie, not a documentary,goes well with popcorn.

Not even close to being historically accurate. If you just want a make believe action movie based on a real guy, you'll probably enjoy it. If you want to learn what really happened with Alexander, pick up Alexander of Macedon by Peter Green and read it.
